What you will be doing
As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver a top-notch candidate experience.
- Drive recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers across teams to understand their needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Build and execute strategies for international outbound recruiting.
- Use data to refine processes and recommend improvements for hiring efficiency.
You’ll also have the opportunity to define what talent acquisition looks like at Silktide and build the foundation for our future recruitment strategies.
Where you will be working
We’re looking for an Austin-area resident for this hybrid role based in our coworking office in Downtown Austin at least 3 days per week.
You should join us if
- You are a US citizen or hold a legal work permit or Green Card, since Silktide does not sponsor work permits for this position
- You are fluent in English
- You have 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on outbound recruiting.
- You’ve worked at a Tech/SaaS company during a growth phase, hiring 20-50 people annually.
- You’re comfortable recruiting internationally and navigating diverse markets.
- You’re a data-driven recruiter who uses metrics to improve outcomes.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities.
- You’re passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- You’re familiar with tools like ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- You’re eager to grow your career and make a significant impact on our business.
- You ideally have a valid passport (there is potential for travel for onsite recruiting events)
